Some Chamber Activities:
• Production of the official town Holiday Guide
• Management of the Tourist Information Centre
• Assisting events which promote the town
• Organisation, with the Exmouth Journal, of the annual Best Dressed Window competition
• Keeping members abreast of developments affecting them by Newsletter, telephone, e-mail and face to face meetings.

Some Town Management Activities:
• Representing the interests of the town to outside bodies whose actions affect it
• Working with outside agencies, eg bus and rail to maximise delivery for Exmouth
• Promoting the town by working with local groups, eg Exmouth Society , Exmouth Residents Association, Special Needs Action Group, Headway, Exmouth Community Transport.
• Working with the Police and other agencies to improve security and reduce crime
• Production of Town Maps and Exmouth Explorer
• Arranging Christmas events, eg lighting up ceremony, Late Night and Sunday Shopping to support local traders.

Some Joint Activities:
• Establishing a regular monthly Farmers’ Market
• Organising finance and fittings for the Christmas Illuminations.
