Choose from a range of delicious options - add you and your guest's choices during the ticket purchase process. You can change choices up until September 12th.

Option 1: Heritage Tomato Carpaccio and Tartare with aged balsamic, basil mayonnaise, pickled shallot, crostini (v)
Option 2: Pressed Chicken and Apricot Terrine with brandy soaked golden raisins, toasted sourdough, tarragon and mustard seed dressing
Mains
Option 1: Pan-seared Chicken Breast with goose fat roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables & red wine jus
Option 2: Scottish Salmon with dauphinoise potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a lemon butter sauce
Option 3: Mushroom & Root Vegetable Wellington with buttered new potatoes and seasonal vegetables (v)
Dessert
Classic Créme Brulé with Madagascan vanilla infused cream and shortbread
Chocolate & Orange Tart with vegan ice cream (V/GF)
