Carr & Jones

Carr & Jones is a lettings and property management company based in Exmouth.

Locally, we work with landlords and tenants across Exmouth and East Devon, finding the right tenants and looking after homes and the people in them, with a focus on doing things properly and keeping the process calm and clear.

We also run a back-office lettings service for letting agents across the country: we handle the day-to-day management of their portfolios behind the scenes, under their brand or ours, so they can focus on winning and advising clients.

We're proud to be part of Exmouth, and much of what we do rests on knowing the area, and the people in it, well.
